EvergreenHealth Parent-Baby Groups  0-3 months group (free) Wednesdays 12pm-2pm virtually and other groups where parents and their babies gather with a class facilitator with EvergreenHealth to share parenting successes and challenges

Overlake After Baby Arrives Classes - After Baby Comes 0-3 months (free) Tuesdays 10am-11am in-person or virtually and other groups for new parents to talk about feeding, sleeping and navigating the complexities of parenthood

Embracing the New Normal - Embracing your Newborn (free) - meets virtually every Thursday from 1-3pm along with other classes and support groups for parents with young children  

Parent Trust - free or low-cost classes, workshops, coaching and help-line for parents and caregivers in the Seattle

Families of Color Seattle -  parent groups for families of color including a newborn group to create community and learn about feeding & sleep practices, creating & teaching culture, exploring race & identity
